These are more like morphine and result in an increased sense of calm that reduces anxiety and helps to build attachment. Generally speaking, all “soul mate relationships” require at least some measure of each of these. The important thing to remember is that they come in stages, which is not to say that the physical attraction passes as one moves into a deeper connection. However, it changes. We cannot sustain those intense emotions as we travel down the road to commitment and a shared life. Although, in healthy relationships those moments of intensity can and do occur for brief intervals at intermittent times. Remember not to confuse great sex or deep friendship with romantic love. Instead, look for a measure of both of these in your feelings for another. For then you have the ingredients that lasting love is made from.

Because that experience makes us feel completely alive, where every sense is heightened, and every emotion is magnified. Our everyday reality is shattered and we are flying into the heavens. Every week for 104 weeks I wrote a lead article about stewardship. It was a challenge to make it new. Some mornings I would put my head down on the computer in desperation, I was so bored with the whole topic myself.

After about 9 months, donations began to increase, and continued to climb steadily. Nine months, you’ll find, is a “magic timeframe” in bringing ideas to birth, as it is in human life!

This is one reason why you have to trust your own marketing, and/or your marketing coach, and stay on-task. Things germinate for months and then “suddenly ” happen, like the C&W singer who becomes an “overnight sensation” after waiting tables and knocking on doors for 15 years. Most stars have a story to tell like that.

There’s always hard work and determination behind the “instant successes.”

If there’s an announcement about a major movie star going into rehab again, and you’re a therapist, alert the press you’re available to comment locally, write some articles on the problem on the Internet, post something on your website
*Important times - Tax time is an example. If you’re a business coach, for instance, start in January to promote your services by writing about what’s on everyone’s mind.
*Applications - Make what you sell or provide apply to common problems. Say you sell perfume. Everyone’s unemployed now, so write an article about perfume in general at work, or for job interviews - what’s appropriate, what isn’t.

Your job in marketing is never over, and it’s your job to take “the same old thing” and make it new and fresh.

Some business slumps are easy to recognize. A downturn in the economy, seasonable business, weather conditions. For most businesses, a slump happens without warning and for no reason apparent.

Sometimes you’re in the slumps when you’re spending the most time, money and effort on selling strategies. This is usually when I get a phone call from prospective clients. Owners start to panic. They cut their advertising budget, advertise in unknown territories, add or delete services, develop new price structures. This is what I call “crises marketing” and must be avoided at all costs. Particularly for a small business that is struggling to grow.

You can avoid your own “panic attack” by developing simple procedures that can be implemented quickly.

The first thing to do is to accept it as part of a normal business pattern. It shouldn’t be signaling the end of your business. Don t go off the deep end, but don’t sit there waiting for your sales to come back either. Try taking the following steps:

What Do You Think Is Causing The Slump?

Okey-doke. Now that you have read till this point, we commit that furthermore you will have something inspiring. You need to be associated with this projection to have more.

When There Is No Obvious Reason For The Slump

Here are four actions that I recommend to my clients:

*Develop a special offer for existing customers/clients. Use a short deadline to give them a “call to action” to take advantage right away or the product/service will be gone.

*I suggested this to a client of mine that owns a massage therapy studio. We sent out inexpensive postcards that the client did on his computer. We only gave customers 5 days to call to make their appointment but they would save 20% massage therapy. There also was a cut off date of two weeks that they must make their appointment in. His business rose 26% during the promotion put much needed quick cash in the bank.

*Just make sure it’s an inexpensive and fast way to communicate the promotion. Also try faxes and even phone calls.

*Advice recent prospects who did not take advantage of you product or service of the same special offer using the fast communications methods listed above.

*Ask your best customers for help. Explain that business is a bit slow and that you want to use this time to approach potential new customers. Ask them for referrals.

*Temporarily increase (yes increase) your advertising dollars where you have had the most success and it is seen right away. Like website, E-zines and E-newsletters, radio spots and newspaper.

Is Your Ezine Being Zapped?

‘unsubscribe’ or ‘click here’ it will trigger anti-sp^m filters
in many of the programs that are now being used by ISPs.

The result?

Your Ezine is zapped, deleted - and a large percentage of your
subscribers will think you have stopped publishing your
Newsletter.

What can you do about it?

Here are some tips to avoid sp^m filters:

(1) Post your Newsletter online and then email your subscribers
to tell them that the latest issue is now available online.

(2) In your Newsletter carefully avoid (both in the subject line
and the body text) all words that are likely to trigger
anti-sp^m filters. Use the free service listed at the end of
this article - it will flag any words in your Newsletter that
trigger anti-sp^m filters.

Although this is a fantastic report, I always get astonished if it works for individuals in any way.

This stuff is an embellishment for those individuals who were on the lookout of ezine publishing. For a couple of them it was unyielding in nature.

But, why to quit in midway? Traverse till the concluding word to comment about its importance.

(3) Instead of saying ‘to unsubscribe’ (which is a phrase
commonly found in sp^m), say ‘If you no longer wish to
receive…’ or ‘If you wish to leave this mailing list…’ or
‘To take yourself off this list…’

(4) If there are trigger words that you simply cannot avoid, you
can disguise them using carets (^) or other symbols. The ‘F’
word would become fr^e and the ‘U’ word would become
uns^bscribe.

(5) Include the word ‘Newsletter’ in the subject line of your
email - this will help the filters identify your email as
non-sp^m.

(6) Avoid whole words in upper case. In many Newsletters the
headers are capitalized - this will trigger the filters.

(7) If your Newsletter contains ads, scrutinize them carefully -
ezine ads, by definition, contain words frequently used by
sp^mmers.

the email address below with TEST in the subject line:
